Mental Health Check: Cycling After Work

“Mental health profoundly shapes daily life by influencing how individuals think, feel, act, and handle stress. Poor mental health can disrupt work productivity, ruin relationships, and cause physical health issues like fatigue or chronic illness. Conversely, good mental health fosters productivity, resilience, and positive social connections.” – Google

Welcome to the BOG sector (dry at the moment)

Cycling is an integral part of my lifestyle, and part of keeping myself in a good place mentally. I cannot underestimate how important having a release such as cycling is following a tough day at work (remember, I work a regular and sometimes stressful 40 hour a week job like many of us).
