In this two to three hour bike fitting, Steve leverages his extensive experience to understand LGC’s discomfort issues, previous injuries, and all manner of factors that can impact overall comfort and performance on the bicycle. Numbers provided by the fitting system have some meaning, but rider feedback, and working around those numbers as a baseline ultimately determine optimal positioning / fit. This video is long, but provides a comprehensive look at what really happens with a professional level bike fitting.
