    Hi Gravel Cyclist crew,
    As a 50+ ex road racer, where I’ve been quite strong and competitive…. I’ve noticed that since riding the gravel and not training with the road bunches that my endurance is still very good, but on the rare occasions I do join a road group I’ve seemed to have lost that last few % of top end speed in sprints and hillclimbs. I do interval road training.
    So my question is: Have you guys found this too, and how did you remedy it?, (I’m hoping K-Dogg and the older members might chip in too….JOM is just a pup…)
