To get even more comfort and performance out of the Top Shelf Handlebar add the popular Cruise Control Drop Bar Grips and Really Long Bar Tape:

  • The Top Grips provide an incredibly comfortable position at the tops by giving you a wide area to rest your hands.
  • And the Drop Grips spread the load over your hands so you can stay in the drops all day.
  • The Redshift Really Long Bar Tape is designed to be long enough to wrap even the widest handlebars. It’s super plush with just the right amount of grip.

We will be posting a review of the Top Shelf Handlebar later in 2024, watch this space.

Ah just what I need; I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder that after 40-50 miles on my road or gravel bike is extremely painful. Have a 30 deg short stem but that doesn’t really give me enough upright on those bikes. I have a touring bike (Co-Motion Pangea) that I bike tour around the world (currently finishing my annual get away from Colorado winter for 4mo) and I don’t really have the shoulder problem with at bike as I sit more upright.

Are the handle bars available now??

Man, Redshift make a lot of really cool, well-thought-out products. Apparently, they also make this.

Buy a $140 handlebar (plus new tape and probably labor for someone to do the swap) instead of a $30 stem to get the exact same riding position? It seems a little…very stupid. Who is worried about the aesthetics of a steep stem angle, but think this looks good? Seriously, bring these people to me. I don’t believe they exist.
