Park Tool is proud to commemorate 50 years of the TS-2 Professional Wheel Truing Stand. First introduced in 1976, the TS-2 has since garnered a reputation as an essential tool for professional mechanics, wheel builders, and hobbyists alike. To celebrate, Park Tool is producing 50 special edition truing stands. Each TS-2.50 is finished in gold powder coating, and features an engraved numbered nameplate, custom decals, and CNC-machined aluminum knobs bearing the original Park Tool logo.

Designed by Park Tool founders Howard Hawkins and Art Engstrom and employee Jim Johnson, the TS-2 was a major overhaul of our original truing stand: the TS-1. Over time, the TS-2 underwent numerous tweaks and refinements for better serviceability, greater accuracy, and a wider range of compatibility with modern bicycles.
