One year after introducing the RT-Zero and unveiling the Zero Ops Program – the internal research and development initiative dedicated to advancing handmade bike design – Mosaic Cycles is expanding the program with the launch of the AR-Zero.

From Design Experiment to Product Platform
When Mosaic introduced Zero Ops in 2025, the goal wasn’t simply to build the company’s most expensive bike. It was to create a space where new manufacturing techniques, custom-machined components, and modern integration could be explored without the commercial constraints that typically shape product development.
That philosophy continues with the AR-Zero.
Like the RT-Zero before it, the AR-Zero features Mosaic-designed components throughout the frameset, including an oversized IS52 head tube, fully internal brake routing, T47 bottom bracket, a custom D-shaped carbon steamast and topper, and one piece CNC-machined titanium dropouts. Every component exists because it improves the riding experience, not simply because it looks different.
Built for Fast Roads that Don’t End
The AR-Zero occupies a growing space between road and gravel and is designed for riders who spend their days linking smooth pavement with broken backroads and fast dirt. The bike accommodates up to 40mm tires while remaining optimized for 1x or 2x road drivetrains. Slightly curved seat stays distinguish the AR-Zero visually from the RT Zero while providing additional compliance suited to longer, mixed-surface rides. An ENVE one-piece integrated cockpit completes the package.
Complete builds are available with Shimano Dura-Ace Di2, SRAM RED AXS, or Campagnolo Super Record Wireless, paired with ENVE SES Pro 45 or Partington Wheels.
Zero Ops with Artist Series Finishwork
Alongside the AR-Zero comes the expansion of Mosaic’s Artist Series program. For the first time, both the AR-Zero and RT-Zero can be ordered in any existing Artist Series finish, including the newest Chrysalis Artist Series design. Additionally, Zero Ops bikes are available with the original Shadow finish layout, which highlights the natural titanium hue, and features precision anodizing and hand-polished topper accents.
Combined with fully custom geometry, personalized specifications, and rider-selected components, every Zero Ops bike becomes a unique expression of its owner. No two Zero Ops bikes leaving the workshop will ever be identical.
Limited by Craftsmanship, not Marketing
Production remains intentionally small, not to manufacture exclusivity, but because every Zero Ops bike requires extensive machining, fabrication, and finishing.
Mosaic will accept orders for a combined 30 RT-Zero and AR-Zero bikes during the initial launch period. Production begins in August 2026 at a rate of approximately 2-4 bikes per month.

Availability & Ordering
Orders open immediately at embargo, and frames can be purchased through Mosaic’s premier partner shops. Orders will be built on a first in, first out basis with deliveries beginning in October.
Pricing
Frameset pricing will be set at $11,000 USD and will include the frame, fork, Enve one piece integrated cockpit, carbon seatmast and Mosaic Carbon Topper, and Artist Series or Shadow finishwork.
Complete bikes will be offered with component brand partners for wheels, accessories, and a full groupset. Based on component selection, complete AR-Zero bikes will be available in the $20,000-$24,000 USD range.
