With gravel sensibility and MTB intensity, the TTR is Obed’s new ticket to good times. Gravel has never looked more fun.

Call it a drop-bar MTB. Call it a monster gravel bike. Call it a Frankenbike. Whatever it is, let’s call it exciting. Obed debuts the TTR—your ticket to ride.

While many gravel bikes can be put into tidy boxes, from race to adventure, this is a bike that seeks to defy categorization. It mashes drop bar sensibilities with the extra capability of suspension and big tires, and is fueled by the desire to hit the most unruly roads and trails imaginable. Go full send, venture off the grid, and skid into ragged terrain that would make most
gravel riders tremble.

Gravel riders living on the edge don’t have to cobble together their own creation. Obed has done the work with a drop-bar MTB that is dialed in from the factory and ready to ride anything, anywhere. Meet our most capable, do-it-all off-road machine—the Obed TTR.

TTR: One Bike, Zero Categories
The TTR blurs the lines in a way few gravel bikes can. The frame is an XC MTB-inspired compact design featuring Detour Seatstays, which are disconnected from the seat tube for increased vertical compliance. Unlike many hardtail drop-bar conversions, the geometry and reach are suited to the position and handling of drop bars, delivering the ideal handling
characteristics for everything from rolling fireroads to rough, rocky singletrack.

With a UDH (universal derailleur hanger), the TTR ensures compatibility with the latest Full Mount drivetrain technologies. With tire clearance to 2.4” mountain bike tires, you get it all: speed, traction, comfort, and confidence. Now you have the capability to tackle terrain you’ve only dreamed of on a drop-bar bike.

Frankenbiked Right Out of the Box
Drop-bar components cobbled onto an MTB frame in a garage or shed? There’s a reason they’re called Frankenbikes. We take on the role of mad scientist for you and deliver a Frankenbike that’s more masterpiece than monster.

Whether you prefer SRAM or Shimano, the TTR features a thoughtful mix of gravel and cross-country components. Choose the Shimano build with the range of an XT Di2 rear derailleur and cassette, matched with the deft action of the GRX shifters. Or go with a SRAM mullet combining a GX Eagle T-Type derailleur and Force shifters. No matter your choice, we’ve created the build to give the TTR rider the gear range they demand in a bike that can go anywhere.

Fully Customizable, Infinitely Adaptable
The TTR is anything a rider wants it to be. Load it up with bags for a multi-week epic or sneak out to you local singletrack for a lunch rip. To give it that go-anywhere, do-anything capability, the TTR is outfitted with options for 100mm suspension forks and dropper posts. Get extra comfort for long bikepacking trips or blast through loose babyheads and the roughest chunder (not vomit, my Aussie friends get understand this) with confidence. With standard external cockpit cable routing, the TTR is easy to adjust on the fly. Swap your bars, move things around, and go ahead and tinker.
