Mosaic Cycles founder Aaron Barcheck launches a new component company with a complete lineup of purpose-built carbon forks for road, all-road, gravel, and 32-inch bikes.

When the components you need don’t exist, build them. That’s the idea behind Zero Components, a new bike component company founded by Mosaic Cycles founder Aaron Barcheck and created to develop purpose-built components around the performance, fit, and integration demands of modern bikes.

Born from the experimentation of Mosaic’s Zero Ops R&D program, Zero Components takes an idea that began inside the walls of Mosaic and turns it into something much bigger. Zero Components is an independent brand developing products not just for Mosaic, but for riders and frame builders across the industry.

Its first products are a complete family of carbon forks spanning road, all-road, gravel, and the emerging 32-inch gravel category.

“Zero Components started because we kept wanting to things with our bikes that the existing component market couldn’t support,” says Barcheck. “Instead of compromising the bike around what was available, we started asking what the component would look like if we could design it specifically for what we needed. Zero Components is the result.

Four Fork. One Starting Point.

Zero Components launches with four forks, each designed around specific geometry, tire clearance, and key details for the intended use. Across the range, Zero Components forks feature tapered steerers, thru axles, flat mount disc brakes, and internal and external brake routing options. All forks have been tested to the ISO 4210 standard.
